We never thought that we would ever be filling one of these out, and though it’s extremely hard to reach out to the public, we know the power of social media.

My fiancé, Curtis and I have an extremely smart and unbelievably sweet husky, Beast. On Thursday night, he escaped out of our fenced yard and was unfortunately hit by a car. We were out of state at the time, when we received  
the call. It’s been an emotional couple of days. We flew back early to be with Beast as much as we can. We go back and forth a couple times to the animal hospital that Beast is staying at, as well as preparing for what’s to come. 

Beast has sustained some severe injuries to 3 of his 4 legs and has a dislocated hip that will require surgery in order for it to stay in place.  There are more obstacles we have to overcome after surgery. Because his legs are so bad, he hasn’t been able to use them, which could come with more consequences and more medical visits. 

Though he is in the most excellent care, and we wouldn’t change a thing, it is a heavy and unexpected financial situation. We have already put forth a big chunk of the cost for his emergency care as well as the surgery, however there are still going to be more costs in order for him to continue getting the best care and to bring him home to his best friend, Bailey (pictured below with Beast). He is part of our family and we could not imagine our lives without him. 

Anything helps to go towards his medical supplies he will need for his legs, vet visits, procedures, etc.. A simple share on social media, as little as a $1 donation,  word of mouth, whatever. We are so grateful for anything.
