Bear's life-saving surgery

Bear has been a service animal for her mom Haley for over 6 years. She is not just of service to Haley, but to many disabled adults that Haley cares for. She is important and needed by so many.

On Friday morning Bear was acting very strange. She was wining and could barely walk around the house. Haley took her to the vet and we found that Bear has Pyometra. Pyometra is a life threatening infection within her uterus. She has been given antibiotics until she is able to get this surgery, but they are not guaranteed to work. She will need surgery within a week or we could loose her.
