Bear Feat - Album Recording

Bear Feat is a band made up of Mike & Mel Vlaming and Josh & Rebecca Penfold. We have been playing together in church/worship settings for 10+ years and are trying to raise some funds to record our first album this summer.  And we're asking for some help in the new venture.

The whole recording, mixing, and mastering process isn't free, so we're trying to raise funds to record. Everyone who contributes to our fundraiser will receive a digital download of our album as a thank you once it is finished.

The name Bear Feat is inspired by two scriptures: Ephesians 4:2 says, "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love."
Colossians 3:13 says, "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."

We recognize that to bear with one another (inside and outside the church, our friends and family, and our neighbours) is quite a feat. It's terribly difficult to do well, but a most beautiful thing when we get a glimpse of doing it right. To live with and love others is both what we are made for and an adventure, a blessing and a challenge.

So, we can't wait to record this album and share with you the finished product!
