Beards for St. Bart's - a Christmas Nightmare.
Earlier this year my little brother got diagnosed with Leukemia. Thankfully, he was able to beat it and survive.
Since he had to lose his hair, I've decided to shave my beard in solidarity to raise some funds for the charity that's been so supportive with him all the way thorough. For every £5 you donate, you'll get one vote for what style of facial hair I'll HAVE to have and maintain from the 23rd of December all the way through the Christmas period until I get to shave completely on the 1st of January.
Please comment with your preferred facial hair when you make your donation, or send me a screenshot of the completed donation, along with your preferred facial monstrosity.
If you'd like more information about the charity, please read the automatically generated text below.
More information about Barts Charity: We're a charity dedicated to supporting Barts Health NHS Trust (which runs St Bartholomew's, The Royal London, Mile End, Whipps Cross and Newham Hospitals) and Barts and The London Medical School (part of Queen Mary University London). We do this by funding high quality, ground-breaking research, innovative patient care projects and NHS staff wellbeing initiatives that would not otherwise be funded by the NHS or other grant funders.
