Bear Needs Urgent Vet Care, Please Help

I'm creating this in hopes for a little miracle. My sweet bear, who is only 1.5, woke up one day and has what seems to be built-up fluid in his neck that is progressing faster and is now moving to the front of his neck. My heart hurts to even ask for help, but I'm currently not able to provide the full amount it would take to get him into the vet. Once I get paid, I can only put a couple hundred down, but that still isn't enough. With X-rays, testing, and any more care he would need, I tried Care Credit but was denied. Due to lack of funds for his emergency situation, I'm asking for help to get him better, not just for his sake but because I love the little guy and I can't find the extra cash in a timely manner to get him the help he needs.
