This is Bear our beautiful, gentle 5-year-old Staffy-Collie cross, and right now, his world has been turned upside down. A sudden slipped disc has left him paralysed from the waist down. The only hope to get him walking, running, and playing again is a life-changing surgery that costs over £10,000. Insurance won’t cover it all, and we’re devastated that finances are standing between our boy and the chance he deserves.

Bear isn’t just a pet he’s our baby, our shadow, our comfort on the hardest days. Just four months ago, he lost his best friend to old age. He’s been grieving, and now he’s facing this unimaginable pain. We’re not ready to say goodbye not like this. He still has so much love to give, so many cuddles to share, and so much life ahead of him.

He sleeps in our beds, he melts hearts with his gentle soul, and he’s kind to every child and animal he meets. He is truly the heart of our family.
