Two years ago, we rescued this beautiful soul just days before he was going to be euthanized because of severe, chronic ear infections. He was in constant pain, but even then, he never gave up. He trusted us. He leaned into love. From that moment on, we promised him he would never be disposable again.

Today, he is facing something even worse — a devastating skin condition that has taken over his body. It causes him constant discomfort and pain, and watching him suffer has been absolutely heartbreaking. He has been under the care of one of the best veterinarians in Nashville, who has gone above and beyond trying every possible treatment. Despite her tireless efforts, nothing has worked.

Now we are facing our last option.

Our only remaining hope is to get him to a veterinary specialist — someone who may finally be able to give us answers and a treatment plan that could save his life. The cost is overwhelming, but giving up on him is not an option.

What makes this even harder is that he still has so much life left in him. He still greets us. He still wants affection. He still fights every single day. In our hearts, we know he is not ready to die.
