On 01/11/2020 15:30 in Louisville, KY while I, Grant, was driving to lunch at V-Grits in a torrent of weekend rain, it all came together, and the Special Intent of the Sister with the Blessed Sandals I met at Mass in the course of my Daughter, Olivia’s, graduation from Agnes Scott College was revealed, as Whirled Pease, my “mission within my mission.” I cried so hard, at the beauty of the plan, and the symmetry of her intent, that I had to pull over until the tears stoped, and the, I went on to enjoy my meal of a Vegan Hot Brown, a just-right version of an Old Kentucky favorite at V-Grits on the corner of Barret & Winter.
