Bean’s Medical Bills

Hi everyone. If you know me or my family you know that Bean is our furbaby. We’ve had him for 2 years and he means everything to us. He’s changed our lives in so many ways. He has been a hugesupport to me & my brothers.  And this is why we owe it to him to do everything possible to have him back home with us to show him how grateful and loved he is.
Unfortunately Monday he had 2 seizures and we had to rush him to the ER. Upon arrival the doctors told us that he had lost his eyesight but fortunately it was only momentarily. They’ve had him in an incubator like cage and are giving him oxygen to steady out his breathing. They also did X-rays and blood work and everything came back fine. They did find some water in his lungs but said over time that will remove itself. He hasn’t had anymore seizures since Monday, which is a great sign. The doctors and nurses have also told us that he continues to happily wag his tail through it all. 

Something about our Beanie though, he gets very anxious  when it comes to going to the vet or the groomers. His doctor has said that he does have anxiety, so we’re thinking that has a lot to do with his breathing rate at the moment. 

I don’t ever like bothering people or asking for anything but this time is different. The cost of his ER stay continues to rise. We are fortunate enough to have some money saved to cover most of his stay. But we are still asking for any additional help. 

Our goal amount at the moment would go towards 2 additional night stays in the ER, plus the cost of oxygen provided to him during those days and any other medicine prescribed to him. I know we’re all going through tough times with the pandemic but any little bit would be greatly appreciated. We just want him to get better so he can come home and get all the cuddles he loves so much.
