The smile is hiding the severity of my illness.

I went into the hospital for a necessary surgery and came out in a place that was worse than where I began. I have not been able to keep liquids or solids in my body for nearly 4 months now, so I am incredibly weak, lethargic, tired, dizzy, and frail. I have spent days upon days in the hospital struggling to regain control of my body, but I vomit every single thing I try to consume.

I have lost over 35 pounds in this short amount of time and am not able to work due to my condition. Without my paycheck, we will not be able to pay for our rent, car payments, car insurance, and other required expenses. I am extremely afraid and this feeling is not aiding in my rehabilitation.
