Abandoned cats in Beach Park, IL

For the second year running, Spay and Stay is raising funds to help abandoned and marginalized cats both feral and non feral in the trailer parks around Beach Park Illinois.

Last year we captured 90 cats and know of many more across the parks. Some are kittens, others are pregnant mothers.  We are raising funds to cover medical expenses and spay/neuter services from our vet partners in the area.

Also please consider donating to offset the costs of antibiotics, kitten food and vaccinations.

Non ferals will be put up for adoption at our regular adoption events in the area.

Spay and Stay was started in 2002 by two women who were concerned about the number of stray and feral cats they were seeing and wanted to do something to help. They found funding to start the first TNR group in Lake County, IL, and to date Spay and Stay has sterilized over 5,000 cats in 10 years.

We would be so thankful to receive your kind assistance in providing care for these poor animals that have no home.
