My name is Jason B. Schmidt, aka Beatrix Eglantine Aurthurson, arguably the world’s premiere Bea Arthur impersonator. I am also the Artistic and Producing Director of The Golden Gays™️, the Musical Drag Troupe. I was born in Lubbock, Texas, went to high school in Denver, Colorado, and college on Long Island, New York.

For my birthday, I’m doing Development! We are raising funds to offset the cost of bringing my solo show to Puerto Vallarta in Jan and Feb 2026. The funds will be used toward housing and flights.
