Be There for the Brooks

On October 13, 2022, Brandt and Alaina's 14-month old son Riley was taken to the ER where doctors discovered a tumor on the back of Riley's brain. The next day, a team of surgeons removed the plum-sized tumor from Riley's cerebellum. After a brief return home, Riley was admitted back to the hospital due to an infection from the surgery. At this time, Brandt and Alaina are staying with Riley in the hospital so he can be surrounded by love. Because of this, neither Brandt nor Alaina are able to work full-time. Meanwhile, household expenses and the accumulating hospital bills further add to this situation's stress.

As many of you know, Coach Brooks has been a staple in the Navo Middle School community for seven years.
