Hi, my name is Hiba and I was born in Lebanon and have been living in California for over 2 decades. When on October 17, a peaceful Revolution started in Lebanon, I was consumed by the urge to help, not knowing how. It is a revolution of a people abused, starved, tortured and suppressed by a government of greed and corruption. People took to the street while the government bled them to the bones: Families are being evicted from their homes for not being able to pay rent, children are collapsing at schools for going days without eating a sustainable meal, men are committing suicide for not being able to provide to their families, medication is scarce or unaffordable... And more... I have had an online clothing business for years and I decided to send the large inventory I have to Lebanon to be distributed to the less fortunate. Some of it will be held in a fundraising sale to provide money for food, shelter and medication. This fundraiser is to gather enough money for shipping the boxes of inventory,  including: Sea freight Export formalities Import formalities Duties and taxes in Beirut. Any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated! I read somewhere: "You have 2 hands, one to help yourself, and one to help others" Aren't we all in gratitude for both our hands? Let's use them the way they were intended for.
