Sponsorship Proposal for “STORIES FROM BORDER”
A Global Solo Travel blog/ short film / Documentary Project by Nipon Dholua.

About the Filmmaker – Nipon Dholua
For the past two decades, I have lived and breathed cinema with one purpose: to use films as a mirror and a mission. My works have tackled:
* Female foeticide
* Disability rights
* Sexual violence
* Child education pressure
* Farmland conservation
My films speak for those who have no voice.
From my village roots in India to over 170 international awards, I have reached classrooms, remote villages, and global festivals. Through initiatives like Mobile Cinema Hall, I carried cinema on vans to villages and schools, believing:
Cinema is not only entertainment—it is a tool for social transformation.
At 56 years old, after writing, directing, producing, and championing stories of the marginalized, I now stand at the next great turning point of my life.
The Driving Passion:

Driving has always been more than transport—it is my meditation, freedom, and classroom of stories.
* 35 years of daily driving without a driver.
* 10,500 km solo drive completed at age 55.
* Endurance to drive 1,000 km in a single day—with the discipline of a black belt and the spirit of a dreamer.
*
Every road has whispered stories of families, communities, struggles, and triumphs. Now, I want to take these stories across international borders—not to divide, but to connect.
The Dream Project – “STORIES FROM BORDER”
Borders often symbolize fear, suspicion, and politics. But behind them live ordinary people with extraordinary stories:
* Love, laughter, and survival
* Food, culture, and traditions
* Education, children, and families
* Soil, economy, and shared struggles
“Stories from Border” will be a series of short, fast-turnaround documentaries, blogs, and films filmed during my solo world travel across borders.
✨ Core Features:
* Each film shot, edited, dubbed, and completed within 2–3 days.
* Positive stories only – no politics, no controversy, only humanity, culture, and respect.
* Themes: Relationships, soil, food, childhood, tourism, marriages, local economy, and cultural bonds across boundaries.
* Goal: To show that human bonds are stronger than barbed wires.
Every border will bring one new story, one new truth, one new lesson for the world.
Why This Project Matters
* In a world divided by walls, we need bridges of dialogue and respect.
* Through cinema, travel, and storytelling, I will show that borders are not barriers but shared grounds of love and culture.
* The project will create awareness, education, and global conversations about unity, without conflict.
* It is not just a documentary series—it is a movement for humanity.
️ Execution Plan
1. Solo Travel Journey – fully self solo travel across continents.
2. Filming – mobile, lightweight equipment for authentic border stories.
3. Post-Production – fast-track editing, dubbing, and coloring for immediate release.
4. Distribution – TV channels, OTT platforms, international festivals, social networks, and blogs.
5. Engagement – workshops, talks, and screenings with youth, universities, and cultural forums.
Funding & Sponsorship Needs
I have always invested my earnings into social-issue films. Profit was never my goal—impact was.
Today, I live a simple life in India with my wife and grown children. My small rental income sustains me but cannot fund a global dream.
To make “Stories from Border” possible, I seek:
* Travel Sponsorships – flights, transportation support, fuel, accommodation, location visit ect
* Filming Support – camera/mobile kit, editing, and post-production resources.
* Partnerships – with broadcasters, OTT, brands, NGOs, cultural organizations, and education platforms.

Why Support This Project?
✅ Unique Global Vision – A once-in-a-lifetime solo filmmaker’s journey across borders.
✅ Powerful Brand Association – Visibility across continents, media platforms, and diverse audiences.
✅ Social Impact – A message of love, unity, and humanity in times of global division.
✅ Proven Track Record – Over 170 international awards and two decades of social filmmaking.
✅ Movement Beyond Film – Screenings, talks, and youth engagement will extend impact beyond cinema.
By supporting this project, you are not just funding a film—you are fueling a global movement.
Closing Words
At 56, I am not slowing down—I am accelerating. My body is fit, my mind is restless with stories, and my hands are steady on the wheel.
I do not see borders as restrictions—I see them as bridges of respect, culture, and humanity.
With your support, “Stories from Border” will become more than a documentary. It will become a global journey of love, courage, and connection.
Let’s solo travel for unity. ✨
