Hi, we’re Vidong & Chinda Pich—the husband-and-wife team behind FORK included. Our restaurant is built on family, community, and a passion for sharing affordable, home-cooked meals.

Our Journey & Purpose

After years of challenges at our original location, we nearly had to close our doors for good. However, thanks to the unwavering support of our community—and the clear call from the gluten-free community—we now have a second chance to realize our dream. During our struggles, we learned that many people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity face daily hurdles when dining out. Safe, delicious options are scarce, and the risk of cross-contamination is always a concern. We’ve heard your stories, and we’re committed to ensuring that everyone—regardless of dietary restrictions—can savor authentic Asian flavors without compromise. Our new home will proudly establish us as New England’s only fully gluten-free Asian restaurant.

Why We’re Moving

Our first location was a labor of love, but it came with significant challenges:
