A brand-new piano concerto is being written right now, crafted specifically for the virtuosity and expressive artistry of pianist Madalina Dănilă. This extraordinary work, composed and conducted by Ovidiu Marinescu, draws on their shared Romanian heritage, blending breathtaking virtuosity, rich folk rhythms, and lyrical melodies into a new classical masterpiece.

On June 23, 2025, at the Mozart Saal in Vienna’s prestigious Konzerthaus, Madalina will premiere this concerto with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra—but we need your help to make this historic event possible!

Both Madalina and Ovidiu are donating their time and artistry to this project, believing in the importance of creating and sharing new classical music with the world. However, producing a world premiere of this scale requires resources, and we need your support to cover the essential expenses that will bring this concerto to life.
