Lucky: A Rescue Dog's Journey

My fellow animal lovers,

As many of you know, I recently came across this sweet dog on 99 tollway who was desperately in need of help. After witnessing her helplessness, fear and vulnerability, my motherly instinct took over and nothing else mattered in that moment than saving her. My daughter named her Lucky, and she has stolen our hearts from the moment I found her.

Lucky has shown incredible resilience despite her challenging start. However, it's clear that she needs some medical attention. I want to ensure that she gets the care she deserves, so I've set up this GoFundMe to help cover the costs of an X-ray for her injured foot, routine vaccinations, and to have her spayed.

Here's a breakdown of what we hope to achieve with your generous contributions:

- Foot X-ray: Lucky has been babying her foot and licks it often and I am concerned that she may have a fracture or injury that needs immediate attention. An X-ray will help us understand what she is dealing with and how to best treat her.

- Vaccinations: Keeping Lucky healthy is a top priority. Vaccinations are crucial to protect her from common diseases that dogs can face, especially those she had already come into contact with while living as a stray. Fleas. ( Thanks to a local groomer for taking care of this for us)

- Spaying: To ensure Luckys long-term health and prevent overpopulation, it's important that she gets spayed. This will also help reduce potential health risks down the line.
