Hi, my name is Casey Sears and I’m reaching out with deep humility and hope as I prepare to undergo life-saving open heart surgery. In the coming days, I’ll be having a VSD (ventricular septal defect) repair, an ablation to correct serious heart rhythm issues, and the placement of a new mechanical heart valve.

This surgery is essential to giving me a second chance at a healthier life — but it also comes with major challenges: a long recovery, time away from work, and mounting medical expenses. I’ve created this fundraiser to ask for support during this difficult time.
