Be Part of Building the new AI Merger Evaluation Tool!

Taimet will use artificial intelligence to predict antitrust enforcement outcomes in mergers, and I need your help to get it off the ground!

Conceived by a former antitrust enforcer and head of the state Attorneys General's Antitrust Task Force, this tool will provide a report and a score for mergers- doing the hard work of researching initial market definition and market overlaps so that you can provide clear, evidence based results to your clients, and government enforcers can quickly, consistently, and thoroughly review every merger transaction that lands on their desk.

Over the last year, we have done our research, analyzed the market, done a budget, and planned exactly how we will do the tool's architecture. Thing you should know: what you see on the link is like a CAD design for a house- it is not the house, it's just the software equivalent of the drawing.

Many of you have mentioned how intriguing this project is, how useful it would be for enforcement, and for all parts of the M&A chain- from companies, deal lawyers, federal and state enforcers, and investors... and now I need your help to get that first month of coding underway!

Unlike many of the founders I've met on this journey, I do not have vast piles of wealth or a secret VC pool to draw upon to start clickety clacking those computer keys.
