Hi, I’m Phoenicia!

I’m a sweet (and yes- maybe a bit spoiled) Swedish girl living with my parents in Stockholm. For the past 2.5 years, I’ve been on a crazy apartment hunt — over 125 showings, checking real estate sites 3 times a day, and chatting with agents constantly. Sundays? Sundays have been ALL about apartment viewings. No time for brunch or church!

Now I’ve finally found the apartment. It’s perfect — but a little out of my budget. That’s where you guys can come in.
