On July 4th 2024, a mothers worst nightmare came true. A phone call that will bring you to your knees. At around 12:30pm, my coworker and friend Katrina received that call. Her 17 year old son Carsyn was in a ATV accident. The next few hours were a blur. Praying through our tears and worry. Katrina's screams and cries echoing in our ears.

Carsyn received blunt force trama to his brain. He suffered many injuries. First responders had a hard time keeping him stable before being flown to Vanderbilt Trama Center in Tennessee. Carsyn underwent emergency craniotomy surgery. He is still on a vent. Receiving I.V medication. And now his mother waits. Waits for her son to wake up. To start breathing on his own. Praying that he keeps fighting.

I have never done a fundraiser before. I feel so helpless, we all do. This family is truly a family of faith. They have always been there for others. And now it's our turn.

All donations will go towards medical expenses and help Katrina stay close to her baby boy. No amount is too small. But more importantly, PRAY!
