If you’ve ever crossed paths with Mariann — whether as a regular at Crockett’s Tavern at Walt Disney World or just passing through — chances are, you left with a smile on your face and a little more warmth in your heart.

She’s that kind of person.

Now, Mariann needs us to be the magic in her life.

What Happened

Recently, Mariann was hospitalized due to severe diabetic complications. Despite fighting hard, the infection progressed quickly — and doctors had to operate on her foot as a result. The aftermath has been physically painful and emotionally overwhelming. Recovery is slow and difficult. At the moment, Mariann is unable to return to work, and her future — both medically and financially — is uncertain.

Who Mariann Really Is

Mariann isn't just a bartender — she's a bright soul who pours love into every shift she works. She’s the first to offer a “pup cup” to a guest’s dog and kneel down to offer a scratch behind the ears.

She has a special way with people, too — remembering guests by name, cheering up tired parkgoers, and lifting spirits with a simple joke or a well-timed kind word. She doesn’t just serve drinks; she serves joy — and for so many, she’s been part of what makes Disney magic feel real.

Why She Needs Us Now

With no paycheck and medical bills piling up, Mariann is facing one of the hardest times of her life. Rent, groceries, medications — it’s all too much to carry alone, especially when she’s just trying to heal.

She would never ask for help on her own. That’s why we’re doing it for her.
