Be a part of Sabrina's recovery story

Hi all im setting this page up for my best friend Sabrina manning. As most of you know sabrina is a caring loving person who adores her husband Bob and 3 boys Nick, Ash and Toby. Sabrina worked through the whole pandemic caring for the eldery until she got covid 19. Covid 19 absolutely knocked her for 6 and she spent many a night or day up broomfield hospital with constant pain, until they finally admitted her on the covid ward. Sabrina was then transferred to a london hospital where sadly she took a massive turn for the worst and was put into an induced coma. Through the whole of this i was in constant contact with her husband Bob who was told to prepare for the worst . Sabrina never gave up and carried on fighting for her husband and 3 boys, and came out of her coma but not without being told she will never walk again. Sabrina has been moved to a rehab centre in westcliff on sea and is making amazing progress even taking steps. Sadly the funding has been cut for Sabrina's physio with no warning, and without this she cant progress. Sadly Sabrina has been refused a wheel chair and other items she needs until she is assessed at home but sadly there is no date yet to return home due the adjustments the house needs to accommodate sabrina.During all this Sabrina has missed out on so much time with her husband Bob (who will never be able to work again due to being his wifes full time carer ), her 3 boys who she sees once a week and her parents every other week. This money would help Sabrina and her family so much, just being able to take her children to school again, and enjoy days out with her boys again would be amazing. This is where an electric wheel chair would come in handy. We have contacted the British red cross and other organisations but sadly the cost to hire the items she needs is to high. Sabrina hasnt been in the outside world for 8 months now and just wants to get home with her family. So please please donate no matter how big or small the donation, and if you cant donate please share, it will help Sabrina and her family massivly.
