Hi, my name is Tinna.
I’m Icelandic, but I’ve lived in Norway for over 16 years. I’m a mother of four, and in 2024—just before my youngest turned one—I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. The cancer had already spread to my lungs, lymph nodes, and liver.
The prognosis I was given is considered terminal—but I don’t live by prognosis. My life has changed completely, yes, but I am full of faith that I will become whole again. That is my focus.
Over the past year, I’ve gone through many rounds of strong chemotherapy and antibody treatments. Some have helped for a time, others have been hard on my body. Now, as I continue treatment, I find myself much more physically fragile. The toll has been immense—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
But alongside the pain, there has also been a deep inner journey. I’ve read hundreds of books, explored the powerful mind–body connection, meditated, and opened myself to healing in every way I can—body, mind, and soul.
As I turn 40, I find myself reflecting on what truly matters:
To support my healing process.
To create moments of rest, relief, and peace.
To do what I can to make this path a little lighter—for myself and for my family.
That’s why I’m reaching out. I’m not asking for help with anything specific, but rather for support in this journey—to make things easier, and to give me space to focus on healing. Any contribution I receive will go directly toward things that bring strength and nourishment to my life—whether that’s rest, healing treatments, wellness care, or simply daily support.
Everything I receive here will be used to help me live well through this, with hope and dignity. It’s a humbling thing to ask for help, but I do so with an open heart.
Thank you—deeply—for taking the time to read my story, for your kindness, and for simply being here.
With all my love and gratitude,
Tinna ❤️
