Be a Hero for Landon!

I am writing to ask you for help. My son’s best friend, Landon, has a very special place in our hearts. Anyone that knows him loves him. Landon is a charismatic 15 year old that loves to laugh with friends when he isn’t performing in show choir or gaming online. He’s lived with his father since age four, and they share an incredible bond. A week before spring break of freshman year, Landon fell ill and was rushed to the hospital, quickly becoming unresponsive. Every parent’s worst nightmare. The doctors immediately started treatments that would ease Landon’s suffering from a severe case of encephalitis. He now faces many months of therapy where he will slowly regain the ability to speak and eat, and perform normal things like dressing and bathing himself. Landon has been transferred to a great hospital where he will be able to undergo intense physical, occupational, and speech therapies. He and his family face a long road to recovery and that’s where YOU come in! Landon’s father has been by his side through all of this and let’s be real, bills pile up.
