Heartcare walsall were there when i was at my worst, post a cardiac arrest brought on during an emergency procedure, when processes didnt go as they should, resulting in me being in cardiac arrest for 21 minutes cpr and 5 defibrillator shocks, the end result was a very poorly me, with broken ribs and broken sternal following a period of time in itu on a Ventilator.

The heart care programme allowed me to build my confidence in being able to walk, exercise and join a gym. The results have been amazing, the work these individuals do as a job, to slowly build up your training, give you confidence and be around many others who have suffered serious heart issues.

They have taken into consideration my heart atrial filbrillation, deep vein thrombosis, right side mca stroke and bronchiectasis and still allowed me to participate in their rehab service, when others wouldn't.

My part is I will continue exercising with heart care and i will attend the trauma counselling that they are providing free of charge and keep getting better in my fitness each day.

The picture demonstrates results, if i hadnt started heartcare alongside my healthy diet programme i follow with slimming world, i would not have the confidence to do the exercise and dancing, i can now complete.
