Be a Forest in Hamilton on Mother's Day
0% complete
$1,765 raised of $3K CAD
41 donations
Have you ever planted a tree for Mother's Day?
It could be planted in someone's memory, or in honour of someone you love.
Your Mom, a grandparent, a child, grandchild, yourself, or even Mother Nature!
This project has two streams that will allow Hamilton to plant 1,000 white spruce trees and 100 apple trees!
You can help out by planting a tree, create a mini-orchard, encourage your network to participate and donate if possible.
Donations are appreciated to cover the expenses and allow us to build our forest canopy together.
A package of sunflower seeds will also be distributed with each tree. Beautiful sunflowers look great, help feed our individual pollinators and wildlife.
Overall, this creates a healthier environment in Hamilton, and a more sustainable foundation that enhances community for future generations.
Your support allows for this and future participatory projects to continue.
If you have an idea, please get it out there! Let's each Be A Forest in whatever way we choose. When we support eachother and work together, anything is possible!!
Have a wonderful day. Let's be the change together.
Peter
