Hate to even reach out for help, but 3 weeks after purchasing my new home I call Meow Manor, I have had some undisclosed issues that have arose. The last few days I’ve had not only flooding in my basement but severe water leaks everywhere both bathrooms including bathtubs, all sinks and toilets are backed can’t use my own toilets because nothing will flush and flooding in both bathrooms. Clean out port was sealed shut so not only had to cut threw cast iron system and have entire clean out replaced and restructured toilet seal and gaskets replaced but because of the entire system being backed up had plumber snake after having to cut through clean out because it was sealed shut long story there sadly. under toilet in guest bathroom has rotting underneath toilet that I can see into the basement from floor. I have already spent way over $1,000 and we are not even close to being finished I am without water nor able to shower or even use my own bathrooms. I Was so excited and proud of myself for being able to purchase my first home which now has destroyed all the happiness and joy and has now my happy home is now nothing but Terror and heartbreak. My first home and I can’t even afford to finish repairs at this point I hate even having to ask for help but it’s at the point I have used up all my personal resources and personal savings. I just bought this house and 23 days into signing contract I am heartbroken. I can’t even store anything in any of the basement rooms so have had to rush everything back up into my bedrooms and dining area before even being able to unpack. Anything you can donate will help and put my faith back as right now it has faded.
