Hi my name is Angel, and I am raising this money for my mother, Rosalba Delgado who was tragically and unexpectedly taken from us too soon. She was only 42 years young, leaving behind 5 children; Eddie , Angel, Angelica, Evelyn and Bianca. Rosa was the funniest , most outgoing wild spirit you could ever meet. She had this contagious laugh that almost sounded like a hyena some would say. Our mother was really one of a kind, she was spontaneous and genuine.
