✨ Update on Luna ✨

Luna is safe and in the care of veterinary professionals at VCA Flannery Animal Hospital. After a full exam, they discovered over 12 puncture wounds, likely from an attack, including several deep lacerations. Every wound has been thoroughly cleaned, but she has a long and fragile road to recovery ahead.

Right now, Luna is heavily medicated, warm, and comfortable. She was extremely dehydrated, so the team is working hard to stabilize her and bring her temperature back up with fluids. The vet described her as a fighter — and she truly is.

Physically, she is out of immediate danger, and for that we are so grateful. But her recovery will take time, continued care, and ongoing medical support. Now we just pray that her little body continues to heal and gain strength.

Luna after slipping out of her harness ran off but has finally been found — thanks to the incredible efforts of Mike from Heat Seeker Drones! After a short time of searching, she was located, but sadly, she’s badly hurt and urgently needs veterinary care. We are taking her to VCA Flannery Animal Hospital.

My brother loves Luna dearly, but the cost of her medical treatment is more than he can manage on his own. We’re asking for help from anyone who can contribute, no matter how small. Every donation will go directly toward Luna’s vet visits, treatment, and recovery so she can heal and return home safely.
