Our good friend and CrossFit TBR Athlete, Jeff Frazier was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer in the Abdomen recently. This was a big shock to his family, and our community. However, Jeff isn't one to hang around and let Cancer do its thing. If you know Jeff, he's a fighter, and is mentally prepared to meet this challenge HEAD ON.
So CrossFIt TBR and friends decided to help Jeff with his battle. ON Feb. 6th., YOU CAN TOO. We are hosting a "Frazier 5k" to help raise money, and bring moral support to the Frasier Family. ANY AND ALL people are invited to Walk, Run, Crawl, or bike your way along CrossFit TBR's back roads in a display of support for our friend.
