Please help Luna

Please help Luna, my cousin took her on after she was being passed from house to house, she was in season when she got her and it has since become apparent she is very pregnant and needing a c-section as her heart rate is very high as are the puppies heart rates, and she has been told she has to come up with the money today other wise Luna will have to be put to sleep, my cousin just wanted to give her a good home and now is having to deal with someone else’s mistake, she’s such a lovely dog and my cousin has only had her for 8 weeks, anything will help, thank you!
