Please Help Save Bella

Meet Bella, we think she's about 6 years old. Someone tied her to a pole at the grocery store and abandoned her a few years ago. We took her home and loved her ever since . Unfortunately the other day she got her head stuck in the fence and some  neighborhood dogs ripped her face up pretty bad . She has been in the hospital ever since and so far has lost her left ear . After her wounds heal from all the infection she will have to have a surgery to close off her ear and replace some skin that she is missing from her face . We're trying our best but cannot afford the surgery , we love her so much and want to keep her for many more years.
