Please help me save my brother

Support for Dawitt Medical Expense

Please help to cover medical costs for my young brother’s kidney transplant.

My brother Dawitt Tesfaye is 25 years old, college graduated and self-employed with big dream & ambition. Dawitt is known by his friends & family as kind heart, very hard-working young man & who like helping other in any ways he can.

Eight months ago, he experienced light pain and went to hospital for a checkup and diagnosed with 2 kidney failure and advised to start dialysis immediately 3 days in a week. Since then, all his siblings & the entire family has been doing all they can do to help him recover. He has been in Bahir Dar & Addis Abeba Hospitals in multiple occasions for treatment. However, he hasn’t regained his health back.

Finally, the Medical bord advised him to have a kidney transplant, but transplanting can’t be done in Ethiopia due to lack of medical equipment & resources. The medical procedure must be done outside of Ethiopia. We were lucky to get a hospital in India that can complete the kidney transplant, but due to the circumstance being sudden, we weren’t prepared for such big financial expenses to take our young brother & his other brother to India who also willing to donate his one kidney.

We are reaching out to you to ask for help for medical expense we are facing to give our brother a second chance in life after the kidney transplant.

As a family we have made all the preparation including donating the kidney to our brother, but we need your help & we are asking for donation to help alleviate the burden of medical bills & future costs that raise.
