Dear friends, this year has brought unimaginable challenges for the O’Shaughnessy family. Conor recently underwent double bypass surgery and, although the procedure went as well as possible, his recovery will be long and demanding. He is unable to work for the foreseeable future, and Lesley is taking time away from her job to care for him and manage their household.

Earlier this year, Lesley also had spinal surgery, which kept her out of work for an extended period. Just as they were beginning to find their footing, Conor’s health issues emerged, adding even more strain to their situation. Conor and Lesley are devoted parents to three children and are doing everything they can to keep life as stable as possible for them. However, the costs from surgeries, hospital stays, rehabilitation, and ongoing medical care are quickly piling up.
