BCTGM Local 390G Toy Drive

Hi Im Zandra, a member of BCTGM Local 390G, and for the past five months, my Co-workers and I have stood together on the picket line, fighting for our union's rights and a fair contract without the company taking away what we already have in our contract. This journey has been filled with hardships, and as the Christmas season approaches, our thoughts are consumed with concern for our children and grandchildren who may not fully grasp why their grandmothers and grandfathers are not in a position to provide them with gifts. We are reaching out to request your assistance, as we endeavor to raise funds to ensure that all the families on strike can still place toys under the tree this holiday season. The company we work for, International Flavors and Fragrances, don't care if our families eat or starve and is not willing to negotiate with the Union. They hope that by leaving us without jobs during the holidays, we will be forced to return to work without the fair contract we deserve. All donations received will be dedicated to making the holidays special for the families still on strike, bringing some joy to our loved ones during these challenging times.
