Pastor Dwayne and Debbie are leaving Carlsbad and Las Flores Church after 22 of years of ministry, heading to Pilot Point Texas essentially as self-funded missionaries.  We want to send them on a really special vacation to a place they constantly talk about wanting to go…Maui!  There’ll be opportunities to give to their missionary work, but we will use the funds raised here to bless them with the gift of relaxation and rest before the big task ahead of them.

We will be using the funds raised to purchase a Hawaiian Airlines gift certificate, car rental and gift certificates to a few great restaurants there.  I have a few friends in Maui who can cover the accommodation. We want to do it this way so they'll have no option but to vacation (we don't want them to use it to bless other people like they so often would!).
