Sadly left us peacefully on Tuesday 30th January surrounded by his family at St Joseph’s Hospice, London.

Anyone who was fortunate enough to know him will understand the wide reaching impact of his love and laughter.

The care and attention that the specialists provided for his stay at St Joseph’s hospice was unmatched.

He had a boss room with lots of space for his adoring fans and the bed side was pimped with two glowing healing crystals.

The care team made his departure as comfortable as possible providing reiki healing sessions and regular visits to make sure all his needs were met.

Matt’s family are so very grateful for the care and dignity provided by all at St Joseph’s Hospice in his time of need.

As some of you have been asking how to help, the family would appreciate donations in honour of Matt to go to St Joseph’s as a sign gratitude in order for them to continue their vital work.
