Heather's Circle of Support

Heather grew up in Dalton and resides in Hinsdale with her soul mate Rick and two beautiful children, Hunter and Hannah. They enjoy living in the Berkshires and all that it has to offer including fishing and hunting. They hold Ashmere Lake close to their hearts. The Connelly’s value quality family time together, you will rarely find one without the other. They especially enjoy their Saturday mornings as a family at the Lenox Sportsmens Club.

 Heather was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of 2012. She bravely battled cancer for a year and a half. She had her last treatment on June 17, 2013. As of August 2015 the breast cancer returned in her liver and lung. Heather was employed at Central Berkshire Regional School District and Dufour Tours. Under the circumstances Heather is no longer able to work. Rick’s employer, L.P. Adams, has been generous allowing him to be by her side during her weekly chemo treatments.

 Before Heather was diagnosed with cancer she was always the one in the crowd with the positive attitude and contagious smile. These traits have remained true throughout this journey. To Heather, her kids and Rick are her whole world. Even on chemo treatment days you will find her watching her kids games or practices. She never misses out on a moment to spend with them. Please take the time to support the Connelly family during this time. They need the community’s support today and in the future.  Heather will be fighting chronic cancer and it will always be a part of their family’s life.
