Hello, my name is Angel Orellana, an employee with the City of Moreno Valley and President of Moreno Valley City Employee Association (MVCEA). One of our members needs our help. Unfortunately, Arnulfo Felix lost his mother on November 28, 2023. Arnulfo was hired as a Parks Maintenance worker in July of 2023. With such limited time employed by the City he did not qualify for FMLA leave and has also exhausted his annual leave. We are reaching out to request donations to assist Arnulfo with funeral costs. As the holidays are around the corner we ask that you find it in your hearts to help Arnulfo during his time of need.
