Rays of Hope for Dogs in Bahrain is reaching out to you to help a saluki boy who suffered a lot since he was few months old to make his dream comes true

TAMIR was spotted by a young man who happened to be visiting his family in Bahrain beginning of this year. It seems that similar to so may dumped Salukis in Bahrain he was dumped when he was still very young; perhaps 5-6 months only. The kind young man started feeding him daily but he noticed that one of Tamir’s front leg had a very bad old fracture and unfortunately, the fracture healed wrong. Tamir was limping so badly and he couldn’t at all put any weight on that leg.

He reached out to us seeking help. We were there the next day and we managed to catch Tamir. We strongly believe that Tamir was not over 9-10 months old at that time.

Tamir was rushed to a very specialized and highly regarded orthopedic here in Bahrain.

Due to unexpected complications, Tamir went through two major surgeries in the leg with the old fracture. He had to stay at the hospital for around 8 months.

The path to recovery is never a straight line and Tamir went through ups and downs but there is no doubt at all that our highly regarded orthopedic made one of his miracles with this so well deserving young saluki male. Tamir has now fully recovered and he can run like a horse and as fast as the wind. Actually, we can barely notice that the subject leg had ever a very bad fracture

With him spending over 8 months at the hospital, this lovely and so sweet boy is so ready to travel to his forever home in Canada. However, in order to make such dream come true we are reaching out to you to help Tamir with his travel cost.

He waited patiently too long. He deserves to live the best life ever, a family and a place of his own and soft clean bed to lay on.
