Hello friends,

I'm raising funds for my beautiful sister and her fiancé who checked into the hospital to have their first baby on April 8 and nothing went as planned. After 2 days in labor, she had to go for a c-section. During the operation, she started hemorrhaging and could only be stabilized by a lifesaving hysterectomy and a massive blood transfusion. She's been in critical care ever since. Their new baby boy, Jamie, is the sweetest baby ever. He spent 3 days in the NICU recovering from the long birth. *Update - after 16 days in the hospital, Skye is finally home with Jamie and Sean, and grateful to be alive. Skye still has a long road for recovery.
