My names Simon George Ashey (sid) I've been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer of the bowl, liver and after 14 months of chemo has now spread to my lymph nodes. Was given 3-6 mths January. Last few days I've spoken with my partner about things I'd like to do before.....well we no. I want to make memories, before I'm to unwell. I don't know what else to say as I'm struggling with reality myself.
