Our friend Unka Levy, AKA the Mayor of Tourmaline, needs help.

A fixture in the Tourmo parking lot for DECADES, Levy has been unable to work for some time due to medical limitations.

As a result, Levy struggles with basic living expenses including SDGE, food, and gas -- to get his van to the place he once called home, Tourmaline Surfing Park.
