BBQ Mobile Venture (That BBQ Joint II)

Just over six years ago, my mother and I set out to do something we'd talked about doing for years...starting a BBQ business.
Using rubs, sauces and recipes my mother spent years developing, we opened shop in October of 2013 in Madison, WI.
Sadly, the winter of 2018-19 proved to be the downfall of our small shop. Often times, small businesses are literally living hand to mouth, and a couple few slow months can bring everything into perspective and it becomes decision time. We decided it was best to cut our losses and close.
Which brings us to today.
Owning and running a brick and mortar restaurant comes with a variety of challenges.
We more than met some face on, while others maybe not so much.
The next step of this dream is going mobile.
I am hoping to raise funds to get our BBQ back out in the community.
Funds for a truck or cart or ideally both. I have access to cooking space and equipment, but am sorely lacking in funding to get this business rolling again.
This is a solo venture this time around.
I would love the opportunity to get back to doing what I am deeply passionate about and to try and continue what I looked at as a family legacy.
Spring 2022 is the target.

Update: Dec 2021 I have lowered my fundraising goal as I am no longer looking for a truck and cart. I am looking for a cold prep table and a generator that runs less than 68 decibels in the 7000-9000 watt range. Any help locating either item would be greatly appreciated and this equipment will find a great home. Should have some updated pictures of the cart I'm working with to post soon so thank you to everyone who has contributed so far.
