Help Build The Dance Hive’s Studio Space!
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my name is Greyce, and I’m the 20-year-old founder of The Dance Hive—a street dance company in Edmonton built on passion, community, and creativity. After two years of teaching classes out of rented spaces and building a growing dance family, I’m finally taking the next big step:
I’m opening The Dance Hive’s very first studio.
This has been my dream since the moment I discovered hip hop. I’ve worked day and night to build something dancers in our city can be proud to call home—a space that’s welcoming, inspiring, and grounded in culture.
We’ve officially secured a location in Tudor Glen (St. Albert)—just two minutes outside the city—and it’s a blank canvas. While this is an incredibly exciting step, the truth is: getting a studio off the ground is expensive, and I can’t do this alone.
We’re asking for your support to help bring this space to life. Funds will go directly toward:
Mirrors and sound systems
Painting and flooring improvements
Furniture and front desk setup
Studio signage and lighting
General renovation costs to make the space safe and functional
Every single donation, big or small, makes a real impact. If you’re not in a place to give financially, simply sharing this campaign helps more than you know.
Thank you so much for your love, your belief in what we’re building, and your support in making this dream a reality.
With gratitude,
Greyce
