On May 2, I was laid off from Spirit Airlines as part of a massive workforce reduction that impacted 17,000 employees nationwide, including 4,000 here in South Florida. Since 2022, Spirit has been my only source of income, and this sudden change has left me navigating an uncertain time as a single mother.

I am currently doing everything I can to secure new employment, but in the meantime, I need help covering basic living expenses such as rent, utilities, and childcare for my young daughter. She depends on me for stability, and my priority is making sure she continues to feel safe and supported during this transition.
