I never thought I would do one of these,

but here I am. Wes discovered yesterday that Cooper had a swollen purple abdomen and a swollen leg and brought him to the emergency vet last night. Cooper is hospitalized and having plasma transfusions, they are treating him under the assumption he somehow ingested poison. We have no idea how this happened, and are trying everything we can to get him better. Coop is a part of our family, he’s the sweetest dog and we will do any and everything we can to save him. I’m sure you all know Emergency vets cost a huge amount of money. Each transfusion he has adds another $1,000. We are up to $4,000 owed at this moment. If you know me, you know I absolutely hate to ask for anything, but this is unexpected and incredibly difficult on myself and Wes. Anything helps! Thank you!
