Donate to Help a Family Overcome Recent Hardships

I’ve never done this before but it is absolutely necessary after the few days our family has had.

Within the last 48 hours, I found out the job I accepted was not clear on the wages even after multiple conversations prior to confirm. One hour after my exit interview at my previous company (cannot go back after completion of this interview), I found out my salary was cut in half with the new job. Earlier that same day my husband got in a car accident and we found out my cat has kidney disease.

To be proactive in earning money I signed up for Uber Eats. Today, a day later, my car completely seized up. We were on our way to a work Christmas party that we were excited to go to to cheer ourselves up. We need to take my car to a dealership for diagnostics and we’ve already sunk $600 ourselves doing what we know to fix. On top of that, I will need a rental car to be able to get around. My husband works an hour away.

We are feeling lost and just need some help to get on our feet and try to make some decisions of how to get out of this hole. Trying to keep our heads up and problem solve but this literally sucks and so much has gone wrong all at once.

I know it’s the holidays and everyone is strapped for money, but any amount at all is appreciated. Sharing this post is even a great help.
